Just tried to apply 2.1.2 patch to existing 2.1.1 install on Magento 2.4.3 and it completely breaks the website. Issue is with Elasticsuite, There are some extra modules added ElasticSuiteCatalogRule and ElasticSuiteVirtualCategory that seriously break everything. Please check and advise the fix. Claue V1 themes has one-step checkout in the live demo, is it free available along with the theme or we need to buy 3rd party plugin?

Customer support is pretty lacking. We've had a few issues with the theme and compatibility. Some issues were resolved quickly, others weren't resolved (ignored) and then the 6-month support period conveniently ended.

Clean and beautiful theme. Many extensions are included. Support is also fast and great! Keep it up!

I really like this template, but I like this studio a lot. Template is very beautiful, very intelligent. During my installation, I encountered some problems, I thought about giving up using this template. I tried to contact the author and the studio people, very surprised, they quickly reply to my message, and helped me solve a lot of problems, such as compatibility between several plug-ins. I am very happy to applaud them and hope you sell better.

After installing claue 1.9.18 on category page pagination is not showing . But if switch theme to magento black or luma its showing fine pagination. Can you please let me know how we cna fix this?

I hate this theme, from 2 months and the issues is still. RTL is very bad many of problems with arabic store. every day website is down and I don't have any customer yet. this theme need many of updates and is take time to be goodSupport center is very good but some time take 3 days to replay

They were very quick to respond to our ticket request. We requested a bug fix for compatibility issue with another extension. They have created a custom patch that fixed our issue. Now the Theme is compatible with it.

They are great at fixing theme related issue. Had 6 months free support and now I am extending it. I am rating them 5 stars for the product and support. Still I would like to see these updates.Updates I would like to see in future- (if any of it is already there, please let me know) - The compare window only accommodates 3 items in a single screen view (they fixed it for me). The industry default is 4.(at least in India) - When products are added to compare, one has to find where to click to see the compare window(very difficult for customers to find out). Some sort of animation or pop up should be there on screen. - While comparing, the main details of products also gets scrolled from the top. When you reach the end of the compare table, It becomes difficult to remember which specifications belongs to which product without scrolling up again. Product name, small image and price should freeze at the top of the screen. - Slider works in desktop, but in mobile screen the sliding does not work, one has to touch the slider scale at different points to make the marker move, one just can’t slide marker on mobile screen.

Claue theme is truly formidable. We have graphic design in the company that have greatly appreciated the quality and accuracy of the details. Page builder is definitely a plus for those who need to manage content and allows you to create different home pages every day with a few minutes of work. Some problems in the code especially in the product page often incompatible in the integration with third-party extensions. This required support intervention, which we found competent but a bit slow in the answers. All in all, it seems to us that this theme is definitely one of the most modern and complete in Magento 2 environment

My experience is quite similar to what others have already stated here. This theme has quite a few problems out of the box, especially with javascript errors.Many of my support requests have been entirely ignored after the first few emails that I sent requesting help.I can't say that I recommend this purchase.

Claue 2.0 can claue work with Magnezone visual builder or the new Magento 2.4.3 Visual builder?

Hi, I have installed Calue 2.1.1 version on Magento 2.4.3 on a Linux ubuntu 20.04 server. Everything works fine, but when I added a product in the backend (just one product without using any import method). I’m getting the below error on the front end when I try to open the product. Exception #0 (OutOfBoundsException): The element with the “product.attributes” ID wasn’t found. Verify the ID and try again. I have seen one of your another buyer had the same issue with the same Magento 2.4.3 version. Can you please advise. Thank you

What I like about the theme is that it's looks fresh and modern. The design was what caught my eye the first, with nice little small details that make the difference. Then I discovered that there are many great features that can save money on buying extensions such as: social login, blog etc. It's since many years that I feel a fairly new Magento theme has the chance to fight the highly popular Porto theme. Note, there's still a lot of work to be done, and there are quite some bugs left to be resolved, but I expect most of them to be fix in 2020.If you want to play it safe and launch a new store very soon, then go for Porto. It's the safest choice. If you want something that looks more 2020, and you have some in-house html/css skills to solve simple bugs, or customise design, and you have a little patient, I think Claue is a seriously good long-term bet.

Report bug – Styles css files missing on claue child theme: ​When creating a child theme, for example, Mgs/claue_child, the storefront will be missing claue_pbanner.css and claue_styles.css. Hence, the styles on the child theme do not work correctly. The problem was caused by the _prepareLayout() method in app/code/MGS/Fbuilder/Block/Page/Head.php, it does not contain the value Mgs/claue_child. I want this theme to work. I really do! I like the design. But it's horribly flawed.We've gone back and forth with the developers a lot and the bottom line is the Builder does not work as it's described. It is painfully slow. And when something doesn't work in the builder, there's now way to switch to the code to do it directly.Black Friday is one of the biggest days of the year for online retail. We've spent 6+ hours on Thanksgiving trying to change just a few blocks of content on the homepage in the builder. We've had problem after problem after problem. We're now having to cancel our marketing campaigns because we cannot fix significant problems on the homepage.Combine this with other errors in the theme - including 404 errors on the homepage that will mess up your SEO and stop Google from displaying your search ads - and this theme will cost you far more than you will save by buying a theme.
