theme need lot of coding work to have good appearance and responsivity, theme and module settings are poor

Hi.
I have tried several times to install the sample data so my website looks exactly as the demo but I keep getting an error when installing at the “Import Info page” step. It shows this error:
An error occurred in Infos import at line 1 – The server returned a “500 Internal Server Error”.
