Theme looks good, but customization is severely lacking. Everything is pretty much locked down for dog stuff. If you've used something like Salient, this theme is going to be a nightmare for you to use.

If you are selling pet food/treats, then this is a half-decent theme. If you are selling anything else, then do not but this theme.It's completely locked down to a very specific niche and the support is not good.

lousy support. wp 5 does not adapt and update. There have been hundreds of missed support for ten days. It is a beautiful theme but since i bough it, i never use it because it was impossible to install, i got crazy with sample data. the themes have to be easy to customize

the theme still has some issues and missing features, but the customer support is very helpful and quick to solve problems, either on-the-fly or with added features. looking forward to see more good things coming for this theme!

Hi team, thanks again for the fabulous theme design, however I found that when I visit the Shop page on mobile device, the sliding categories menu cannot show properly, some of the wordings in the menu items were disappeared. So I would like to ask is it possible to fix it or maybe simply switch it back to the basic drop down menu? Thanks for your help!

Many of the modules require additional css classes for them to work. You can't mix and match Style 1 and Style 2. The woocommerce customised templates seem to go out of date very quickly and the custom modules provided with the theme are very buggy and often do not display as intended. What should have been a week's worth of creating page templates using demo layouts, has turned into 6 weeks worth of fixing and css styling in order for it to look half decent.Issues such as:1st level menu items not clickable if they have child pages (the fix provided made mobile menu unusable)All default woocommerce modules for visual composer are skewed due to custom theme styling.Meta title and description cannot be edited on shop page or blog page, nor can the banner images.Blog pages don't appear underneath the /blog/ urlInstallation of demo content only provides a couple of pages. The rest of the menu items link through to the demo site.Author is slow to respond and only states that issues will be 'looked into' for the next release.Custom stylesheets are injected into the page and not stored as separate .css files - bad for SEO and create code heavy pages.Import/Export of products is terrible due to the use of meta for products instead of custom fields. This requires lots of code within product spreadsheet in order to display lists or styled content. Some fields are now useless because of this.Overall - the whole thing could have been achieved using beaver builder & a blank theme in half the time.

Visual composer is nearly a year out of date.I cannot even edit the front-page of my website any longer due to the lack of updates. It will be faster for me to re-make this theme using elementor. I won't be purchasing from this group again.

One of the best WP themes I have out of many used on customers sites. A crisp sharp look easily customised.

The theme is perfectly cover my needs. Have minor technical issues, but the customer support was very responsive and solved my issue in a few hours by writing a custom CSS. Recommend!
