Hello, it is an impressive theme, perfect for Schools, the typography of this theme is matching with the niche but i have one little suggestion, in the demo the test color should be a little vibrant because at some places it is not visible perfectly. Like in the Classroom Facilities section the active tab has white color which is not readable. Just a little suggestion from my side. Overall impressive theme.

There isn´t a documentation to custom the template in Joomla and when The support service send a link is not the correct information to customize the template, the support is pretty slow in the responses and not accurate.

I'm having a lot of trouble making work the quickstart version and not recieving much help from support. Many of the components doesn't work or they're out of date...

Hi theme is nice, unfortunately i have a problem and can’t using …. the assistance doesn’t answer at my ticket (the first is from May 30, 2019 at 7:06 pm and second is from 16 august) i hope one day someone will answer me.. i’ll not use the template but i’ll like if they know this kind of error or problem or i’m the only one bye

A nice Theme with potential once the bugs are finally ironed out and fixed.While the customer support for most bug fixes and issues I came across was timely and helpful, the update to fix most of these has still not been released, as such each time there is a Joomla update or a plugin update all previous bug fixes have to be reapplied over again, this is quite time consuming.It's now been well over 2 months since the update was stated as coming and unfortunately my client could wait no longer and had to go with another Theme Author, there was also no communication on the progress of the update, or what stage it was at, even though I asked many times, which is a shame as a little regular communication on it's progress may have kept my client happy for a bit longer.However if I was rating the support alone I would give 4 1/2 stars, as mentioned most bug fixes were timely and Sen was very helpful, sadly the lack of communication regarding the needed update release, and it taking much longer than first stated, is the reason for my rating.I do wish you well with this Theme as it does have potential.

We just installed joomla 3.7.5 and tried uploading zip folder – themeforest folder little-people-kindergarten-joomla-template . It gives following two errors – Warning JInstaller: :Install: Can’t find XML setup file. × Error Unable to find install package
