Hi, I installed the theme, and when I click on fieldthemes configured -> error page not found and I can not access the theme modules

Before buying the theme I wanted to have an information: CSS codes, Javascript etc… Are they configured according to the layout choice, or are they the same for all layouts? Because I prefer to have the files uploaded to the server only for the chosen layout. To speed up site loading for avoid Loading unnecessary code (file, CSS, Javascript etc… Not used). Thank you.
