I can’t get this to work with any of my hosting. Not Flywheel, not WP Engine, and not even on Local…and each with different errors ranging from (on Flywheel): Warning: include(/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/hybrid-composer/admin/composer-side.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /www/wp-content/plugins/hybrid-composer/index.php ...to the theme installing but the demo files never downloading (Local) to “There has been a critical error on your website” on WP Engine. I’ve spent over 2 full days trying to debug and I feel like I’ve made a mistake in buying something that hasn’t been updated in 8 months and probably no longer works. I was definitely expecting it to at least run a basic page out-of-the-box if I followed the simple instructions but no such luck. I’ve already sunk too much time into this, I have an upcoming deadline that I can no longer meet with this, and I’d appreciate a refund. Thanks.

Hi! I am trying to setup location/map service on my web site, but once I put the coordinates into standard map section I get “This page can’t load Google Maps correctly. Do you own this website?” dialogue and see “for development purpose only” note over blurred map instead marked location.

Hi there, When I activate Yoast SEO plugin in combination with structura theme I get a critical error on my website. I deactivated Yoast SEO and installed the pentagon demo (hybrid composer active). When I open the homepage it is stuck with the circle-loading-animation… So for now this theme is not working at all. How can I get the demo working? Will I be able to use Yoast SEO?

It takes a little while to get the hang of it, but Structura is a very clean theme with a lot of options and different demos. The support was excellent, too, enabling a few custom solutions for the design of my website. The mobile responsive version also works like a charm.

The theme is absolutely beautiful and I chose it over hundreds of other themes. However, the bottom half of the one page template takes very long time to load - and sometimes it doesn't load at all. I contacted support and followed advice (clear cashe) but it didn't help. I would prefer one on one support rather than public comments, and of course - full functiontality. If this next answer from support doesn't fix the problem, I might have to change themes. /Magdalena

Is it true there are no complete sample pages included with this template? My designer is saying there are no complete pages such as a “home page”, and he said he needs to create everything by himself. Is that true?

Hi, no, just go to Appearance > Theme options > Demo import and import the demo you want. The result will be like the preview but with images replaced by grey placeholders (I can send you the images via email). Thank you!

What a wonderfully crafted design, creating multiple feels with simple variations. Backend features feel a little complicated at first sight, but when you give yourself a little time, it is quite logical and easy to use.
