Thank you for fixing the issues I had with the theme. Makali theme is very nice with a lot of options but there were some bugs that I requested the support team for fixing. Lots of options with many templates and keep on coming. I am sure they will not let you down even after 6 months of theme support. They are good people :)

The theme looks great but its not worth the effort to get all of the features working properly. Pages are code heavy and bloated. Hello. We are envato elements user and also purchased theme. The theme suddenly broke the product page. All plugins deactivated but still the same. We sent a support ticket. Please get back to us.

Hoganth is correct the problem is YITH WooCommerce Product Gallery & Image Zoom. Disabling the plugin doesn΄t solve the problem for a strange reason. Rollback to 1.4 works but then the plugin dissapears from plugin panel. Im not sure if dissapearing its a php issue but i will get back tomorrow on that. Though support is not answering on any of these hope they will go over this issue soon.

The theme is fine, it works like it should.However, the support is ZERO. I have raised questions to the author but no response yet nor is there any acknowledgement via mail that my comment was submitted. It has been weeks and I had a very simple query:How to configure featured products and best-sellers? If anyone here knows, pls let me know. When I click the STAR button in products, it should be a featured product, unfortunately it does not work here so I'm not sure if it is a bug or what.Worst customer support experience!

This template is easy to use and set up. There are a couple of bugs with plug in incompatibility, but over all a good quality product.

hi giving my experience . the theme was great but two major issues with it is taking place. the single-product.php is not working and giving critical error when viewing a product . also the redux when enabled causing site to be very slow. someone emailed but no other support

great template with a lot of option. but the support is even better! super quick, very helpful and puts in a lot of effort in helping me! I'm happy and would give 10 stars!
