Customer Support was spotty. I got in contact with the Customer Support team through their message board and sometimes I would have my issue resolved relatively quickly and other times I would be told that their developers were not available and would not receive a timely follow-up.

I’m starting to regret choosing this theme. I absolutely need tech support and someone to actually communicate with me. I have had unanswered attempts from five days ago.
I understand the time difference, I will stay awake to communicate with someone and be online SIMULTANEOUSLY to deal with all these big problems.
I am changing the colors and options from RAJNETI options and they are not reflected in the site! From text not being centered, to images not appearing, to the colors being wrong.
I have emailed support via email and via the support page.

The theme is very good even if lacking a few useful options. But the support follows up very well even if it might take a few days sometimes.

Good evening,
I would like to buy Rajneti theme for a site of mine but I need an information: i saw
in the theme preview various sections showing upcoming events, I nedd to know if the widget used to show events allow me to have a section on three columns automatically showing only the next three events and not the past ones?
I would also know if is it possible to use the h24 time format and not the “AM / PM”.

Hi, just downloaded it and am generally finding it very good. I would highly recommend you update to Wordpress 5.4 asap and also, you tech support is incredibly slow. I have been waiting for 24 hours and support always appears “OFFLINE”. Please help speed things up.

Hello. I have several years of WP experience. I am concerned about the postings from Christianni11. The purpose of this theme is for an AARP type membership and donations site. My plan is to purchase the theme and 12 months of support. What country are you located so that if I need support the time difference can be adjusted. Also, I don’t expect you to design the WP site for me, but your theme modules and plugins may need assistance. What is the extend of your support?
