I really love the design of the theme, and at first the support was not where it should be in terms of time responses and helpfulness but recently there has been a big improvement and I hope that this continues as this is a great theme.

Hi, the blog list feature doesn’t work on our website anymore. I looked on the browser console and see that the following file is missing
/wp-content/plugins/sahel-core/post-types/portfolio/shortcodes/horizontaly-scrolling-portfolio-list/assets/js/plugins/hammer.min.js.map
I have upgraded to the latest version of the theme, and also applied the plugin updates including Sahel Core. But this file is still missing. Do you please have a download location for the plugins so that I can manually upload?

One of the worst tempalte I have ever used. The design is so cool, but there is a lot of bugs, it is real pain to customize this template and the support is extremly slow. It takes more than 7 day to response ! Not recommended.This template needs lot of improvements.

Hi there,
we need to adjust the theme to make it GDPR compiiant.
In Germany it is not allowed to load fonts from an external server, in this case Google. Because with every visit, Google can track the IP of the user.
So the best solution is to host them locally.
Is it possible to remove the integration of google fonts with your theme?
I heard that this is difficult with your theme and that the common function.php snippets don’t work.
I can*t believe this, because then your theme is not really compatible for the german / EU market…

This theme is beautiful. BUT this not optimized. You always have to customize the theme and re-do the same settings on each page. I have made over 20 website on Wordpress with different theme, and this is the worst. You take 2 hours to do a 1 hour task.

my hosting provider updated the latest version of PHP (PHP8).
And my website doesn’t seem to support it. But I have the latest update for Wordpress, so my conclusion is that this template does not support the latest versions of php. Is this possible?

Great design but basic documentation, support is overwhelmed, a lot of layout breaking bugs, lots of weird inline coding and overall it's a nightmare to really customize it. I spent months trying to fix coding mistakes and get a coherent result. I should have found better customizable theme or built something from scratch.To give an idea how bad it is, they have multiple H1 tags on every page, this is such a basic mistake, imagine the rest of the code. Good luck with your SEO.

Custom map – wrong location

We are trying to put the same sidebar as the “nubian” home example on our website, but we don’t know how to do it.
Also, when we put our logo, the template is deconfigured and we do not know how to put our logo in the preload.

Please tell me why, even on your website, on the main page in the portfolio list, in the “Strong brands with an authentic image” section – all the images are piled up in a heap?
The same thing happens on my website.
But after re-refreshing the page, everything is ok.
Is this a global bug?
And how do you explain that this is also on your site?
I made a screen, but unfortunately I cannot attach it here.

Im having an error – where I’ve changed the images – however, the old images are remaining on site. I’ve logged out, logged back in + its continuing to be the imgae of the past – however, the image box has the new image. doing it on the connect page + the footer. everything is all good. not sure what to do. thanks. meg

I noticed that the widget area of the theme were empty after the Wordpress update (I also had to download Widget Classic because I had a critical error)
When I want to import the options of the template (to put them back as before) I have a critical error too.
Is it possible to restore the originals widgets areas via “backup options”? And if yes, where to find the code to import the original widgets of the theme? Thanks

Dear Elated Team, Unfortunately my support of this items has expired. However, I do have a very small question. I have added my own logo everywhere except for the pre-loading ‘Sahel’-title (the very first things to appear upon loading the page). I’ve been looking everywhere but can not find any option of changing ‘Sahel’ to my own brand name. Thankful for any help and advice!

Beautiful theme, with a lot to customize. We built a big website with it and even with some tricky parts (though it took a while) they helped us out. But most of all the Design quality, like smoothly changing backgrounds while scrolling down.
