Fatal Error due to no update. The Architecturer Theme Elements for Elementor plugin says an update is required, but there is no way to update it. This is causing our site to have a Fatal Error when someone tries to access a popbox. If you go to https://saharchitects.lu/resources-home-design/ and click on any of the buttons “Click here for the Guide”, you get the fatal error. I have the error log if needed. Please let us know how to update the plugin.

I am relatively inexperienced with Wordpress (currently customizing my second theme ever) and totally new to Elemenentor. There is a bit of a learning curve with Elementor, but I am slowly getting the hang of it. The prompt and top-notch customer support has been a great help in that regard. (Thanks Michael D.) Beautifully designed theme, guys. So far so good!

This theme is very beautiful, easily customizable, and a has lot of awesome features. Didn't have any major problems while building website, except some small issues, which was quickly solved by help of the customer support. Built a great website in short amount of time.

I want to change the Logo of this Home Page (https://themes.themegoods.com/architecturer/demo2/home-4/) but I can see no option to change it. I change the logo from Theme Customization but it didn’t work.

I am a novice at web design, and purchased this theme for a new architecture firm I'm starting up. The documentation was good enough for me to create my site and edit as needed. Very happy with the included plug-ins, especially the automatic image scaling.I had to contact support once. The response was timely and after a few back and forth e-mails my issue was resolved.I now have a very professional looking website and am a happy customer.

I need help ASAP. I’ve been working with elementor and they say: “It seems like something is conflicting with theme JS. On initial load, it sets the padding to the main wrapper in HTML”. But are advising I work with the theme editor. Can you PLEASE help?

Amazing design, but it doesn't support the basic feature as Search form in Menu, and the results page works horrifically. I don't understand how it is possible nowadays...

Just set the theme up for a client. Sadly i can´t tell anything good. Not even portfolio page types are available here. I had trouble to set up the licence key and get the demo content. I was pretty happy that it was a small project because i had to create most of the pages my own. What you see in the demo are all pages designed with pictures an link on it to the developers page. There is no interactive content at all.

The theme itself is stunning and we're glad we purchased it. But not being very tech savvy and new to building own site, we needed some help with importing the demos. And after some frustrating attempts (nothing to do with theme) we hit some dead ends with the hosting side of things. So, we contacted support. Then, like magic the good folks at ThemeGoods helped us resolve the issue - they uploaded the demos / templates so that we can get on with creating the site we want. Thanks guys!
