We are having a big issue with the currency switcher.
There’s a function from the theme (theme.js) that is overwriting the product price on the product page.
After countless emails to the theme support with technical explanations of what is the issue (photos and videos), and even showing that the issue exists on the native theme (without any customization) they still refuse to accept the issue and keep blaming third-party apps.
Basically, this is a good theme, but forget it if they made a mistake since the support basically doesn’t exist.

Excellent theme. Clean, fast. It has everything you need and the customer support is fantastic. All questions answered and small adjustments done fast. The Demo is very direct. You can do the same as demo shows so i designed my shop pretty easy and fast. Very user-friendly. Well documented also. Well worth the money spent and you just won't regret it.

I was extremely satisfied after installing. I knew this theme was cutting edge for Shopify as soon as I got into the editor.. Not only does it have very futuristic elements like Parallax scrolling and review count installed, it also give my customers the ability to see their shipping cost before proceeding to checkout.. The support I received was bar none. Just amazing. They answered my questions and were able to help me tweak some CSS in the theme.. I have bought multiple e-commerce themes and i must say that Wokiee is probably the best and easiest to use. There is extensive documentation available which even has HTML examples of content pages like articles, product pages, blog pages, collection pages etc. It's perfect!Lots and lots of demo page setups for you to use.The documentation gives step-by-step setup guide for everything so even the most novice users would know how it works.I myself got stuck when i needed to add the terms and conditions checkbox before user is able to checkout and to also link it to the T&C page. I contacted Wokiee customer support and the reply was lightning fast.We had about 10-15 e-mails back and forth and i never had to wait longer than 30 minutes for a reply - the customer support is brilliant!Eventually i provided them with theme customization access to the e-store and they fixed everything really quickly.As it turns out i created the problem myself by adding some custom code suggested by Shopify!! Even so the customer support pointed the error out in a very polite way and fixed it for me.12/10 would recommend the theme to anyone simply because of the customer support already!

I was happy with the free themes that came with Shopify when I first opened my shop but recently wanted to look into something with more features. I am so glad that I found this theme. Everything about it made me want to purchase right away but of course, I had to make sure to research other themes first. Within a day of looking, I found that nothing else compared to this one. There was a feature I was specifically looking for after my install and the customer support was so generous and helped me even though it wasn't part of what the theme offered. They respond very quickly so I will be contacting them soon on a few more questions I have. All the new updates give me more validation that my purchase was well worth it.

Customer support is practically non existent which is no good when you are running a store. When my first variant is sold out it shows that all variants are sold out in the store on the home page instead of the actual one variant that's unavailable. I have emailed support twice for them to email me back with one word responses not resolving the problem at all, I just paid $59 for the extended support and because I haven't received any, I will be requesting for PayPal to refund my money. Customer support is slow & unhelpful !! Do NOT recommend buying this theme

Such a beautiful theme! Looks beautiful when viewed with Mobile as well! There are lots of customization options that are available which PREMIUM SHOPIFY THEMES CAN NOT OFFER. Many PAID SHOPIFY APPS COMES FREE and inbuilt with wokiee (Count down timer, badges for instance). Worth the money! Initially, I was skeptical but it was worth buying. The customer support is also instant that I do not have to wait a day. Overall, if you want to save money yet have all the benefits that even Premium Themes in Shopify does not provide, wokiee is the way. Thanks to whomsoever have developed it.

The Wokiee team and theme is incredible. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly their support team came back with responses with multiple questions I had submitted to their channel that I labeled ‘Low Priority’. With a matter of 8-10 minutes I received a through response that I replied to an instantly got another reply to. My problems (that were not necessarily straight forward/code involved) were solved in a matter of 30-40 mins. (Which includes the time I submitted the tickets).If I could give Wokiee more than 5 stars I would.Thanks Wokiee. I love this theme! Once I decided to open a Shopify store, I went right to Envato to find the perfect theme...and I found it right away. The Wokiee Shopify theme is amazing! I love everything about it so far...the design, the customization options, the documentation that shows you exactly what to do, the tutorial videos on youtube that show you step by step. I've even had a great experience with Customer Support for two issues. One solution was to point me to the option that was right in from of my face and the other was to update my theme so I could further customize my store. Both experiences were great. They are very responsive and extremely helpful. Having a great theme and great customer service is a huge help as I take the leap of faith into opening my own e-commerce store. the customer support is amazing! but you might never have to use them, because they have step by step instructions that include screen shots and video walk-throughs. wen i found myself asking for help i was responded within 30 minutes. i sent them my login credentials and within one hour i receive an email letting me know the problem i needed help with was completed. I have been experimenting with theme designs and layouts for quite sometime now, and as luck would have it, I stumbled across wokiee’s shopify theme. Well, it’s my go to theme. In my view, a class above the rest, great backup and support team, and exploring this theme reveals new possibilities every.day. I have no affiliation with Theme forest or the wokiee team. These are my observations and mine alone. And, as stated earlier, I have been around a while. So do yourself a favour....

Wokiee theme uses Softali.net for theme license verification (purchase code). Unfortunately theme takes longer to load while it verifies license key. There has to be a better way. Losing money because of longer load.

I have bought this theme a four month ago, and really like it because of the well structured UI design and all necessary feature were available to build a best e-commerce platform to sell goods.I guarantee it is one of best theme out there where you able to achieve a good sales and good user interface. And over the four month i always stuck with several question by requesting a support team, they were always quick and nimble to solve any problem that was out of sometimes was out of their support. They always working hard to be the best customer centric company where they can provide the best solution for wide-range of cases to start a business where it would generate a tons of money. So i highly recommend this theme, if you want to make high sales on your website,keep you customers happy and to have the best customer support whenever you need. So go and grab it before missing this chance for the awesome package deal before it is too late.

Great documentation quality and amazing support. They answered all my questions extremely rapidly and professionally. Customization options are great and very easy to use. I ll definitely buy more licence for new other sites.

After some back and forth with support, I was able to make the app work. I had to Google for some information, because the instructions on the theme are not enough. The theme itself is pretty cool and with a LOT of customizations.
