Hi Dany, Thank you so much for the Laurie theme! It’s so beautiful and a perfect theme for my blog. However, while I was customizing it this evening, all of a sudden, the slider and top sidebar widgets disappeared and I have no idea how to get them back! Any advice or suggestion would be greatly appreciated!

Hello Danny, I downloaded the template and installed it onto my Wordpress site but I don’t seem to be getting the one click demo option. Im afraid Im not a web designer so was hoping this would be easy. Can you give me any advice on how to get the demo version as I’d love to use your templates. Thanks Wendy

Hi Dany! I solved my problem with my slider on the front page. But now I’ve run into another problem with optimizing the mobile layout. My website (thegoodgraduate.com) if you view it on your phone then it the header cuts off the top of my posts (the featured image). Also, I want the logo to be smaller on the mobile site than it is on a desktop.

Hi Dany, I’ve just installed the theme but the One Click Demo import isn’t working properly. I tried deleting the theme and re-installing it. I also tried re-installing the One Click Demo Import plugin but that didn’t work. Would you be able to help? Please let me know your email address and I can make you an admin login. Dear Dany, There seems to be a bug in your support-portal (https://danyduchaine.ticksy.com/submit/), so I see no other way than to contact you here. Would you please help me out: I have problems with your theme Laurie that I bought recently on themeforest, when it comes to responsiveness to different screen sizes. My website www.binnenwoonadvies.nl does not show good at all on mobile devices and my webhost can’t help me out. But my business will be mostly ‘clicked’ towards via smartphones… I really hope to hear from you, because right now I am stuck and can’t start my business optimally..!

This part is hard, as it is a tie.. I believe the 3 main reasons to purchase Laurie or any other theme deisgned by DanyDuchaine is the Customer Support, Design Quality and Customizability. Customer Service because Dany is always quick to respond, friendly and efficient. He typically responds in 24 hours or sooner (unless it is the weekend; he needs a break as he works hard), which is very appealing when you need support asap. I have read many other reviews about designers not responding or it being a huge delay before they do respond. Design Quality because all his themes have a unique appearance compared to all the other available options on the market (at least I personally think so). Before deciding on Laurie I was going to select another theme from a different designer however I did not like that he had a gazillion sales lol. I like knowing and feeling my theme is rare and unique when a viewer visits. Customizability because literally everything is changeable, I can either do it myself or get assistance from Dany. He has always went (and still does) the extra mile to help me with all of the changes I requested. Theme support is different than theme customizing and he offered both. I am so very happy and thankful to have found his theme and him. Please do not hesitate to buy, he is worth it! Also, if you find that you are not pleased you can always get a refund. But I doubt you will need it. You have nothing to loose and everything to gain :)

Hi there. I love this theme and I’m thinking about purchasing it…BUT I see that it has not been updated since 8/29/19. I’ve checked back a few times, and no updates have been recorded, and there’s been no reply to others who have asked the same question (@takeabreak, @janisa, etc.). Also no replies to others who have purchased the theme, so this all makes me very skeptical. I really want it, but…when will it be updated again? Is it no longer being supported? Thanks!

Hi Danny, I’m newish to WP. I’m enjoying the Laurie theme! I’m getting a blank gray page when I try to submit a question to you on Ticksy. How do I set the featured image for any given blog post within the Laurie theme? I don’t see the featured image button on the right column of the post draft as I have seen on other themes. Ticksy does not work even I renewed support… For some weeks, the Instagram Feed on the fooder says: “Answer from instagram with no valid data”... I run Laurie theme Version: 1.1.0​. I don’t know if there is a newer version, I installed the Envato plugin but there was no update. Can you help me make the instagram feed work again?
