I bought the “nista-personal-portfolio” template that was in the wordpress section but after downloading it repairs that it is not wordpress. This was misleading advertising. what to do?

Hi,
I am facing one issue in the design. Its regarding the responsiveness of the background.
If you open this template on an tablet or phone and scroll down then up the background is not rendered properly and it only shows a gray background instead of the image.
When you test in the browser with an ipad or iphone resolution it works fine but when you actually open them on those devices it is broken.
Can you advise how I can resolve this issue?
