Setup is anything but easy, demo import is a nightmare to get working, now that it’s finally done I want to start editing my site and simple functionality like uploading the logo isn’t working… I think you’ve grossly over priced this theme.. I was so excited to be working on this based off of the demo but I’m a hour in and already it feelds like I’ve made a mistake. Hi. Install and when I try to install the sample content it tells me this:

The demo import has finished. Please check your page and make sure that everything has imported correctly. If it did, you can deactivate the One Click Demo Import plugin, because it has done its job. *

when trying to import widget settings i get the error:
Sorry, this file type is not permitted for security reasons.
I have ensured json files can be used using another plugin.The problem persists.
Worth noting is i also have this error appearing once i installed wp_debug:

when opening the demo it presents a Malware error, please fix it, as it is a danger and loses credibility in the product

Installed the theme. However, demo importer isn’t importing demos and the Hostpro option navigation seems to be broken as well.

had isuue with theme in beginning, but developers stayed focus on resolving issues with coding and errors, i am working on theme which is surely coming along slowly but surely. the developers are very humble people, they still help me trying to figure out the theme. the theme is very pretty, flexible, clean and easy to customize.

Hi, we bought the template and we’re having a weird issue. this page https://ovh.net.br/servidores-dedicados/ where it lists the servers, in fact mobile is not getting responsive. In this theme link poe-link-aqui it is responsive. is it possible to fix this in our theme?
