The Gavias Framework Plugin version 1.2.4 is causing the Kunco Theme to break. We received a notification on January 2, 2022 that an update was available, but when we downloaded the update, the same version of the theme and the plugin was there; no update was found. Can you please assist with providing an update to this plugin / theme?

I purchased the Kunco Theme template for our nonprofit organization, Longmont Friends of Feral & Abandoned Cats, a few months ago and have very limited experience with coding and WordPress platforms. I quickly realized I was in over my head and was worried I had made a mistake. The organization loved this template so I decided to keep it and see what I could do. Fortunately, the template is well designed so I could figure out most everything but there were a few tasks that were beyond my expertise and I had to contact the designer, Gavis for help. Gavis helped me with every problem I had and for problems I couldn't resolve, he quickly went in the dashboard and resolved it immediately. He always responded to my emails quickly (within 24 hours), always professionally, and provided screenshots to help me learn the template better.I cannot say how happy I am with buying this template and highly recommend any WordPress template designed by Gavias!
