Hello, I purchased Jayla theme. I am using Hostinger as my hosting provider and they use MariaDB and not MySQL, so they can’t change the MySQL version from 5.5.5 to recommended 5.6.0. Would it be possible to use Jayla theme with MariaDB? Or what should I do? Thank you!

Hi there, I installed the Jayla theme to my Wordpress account a few days ago and I’ve been experiencing issues with my Wordpress account ever since. Sometimes the theme just deactivates, sometimes when I go to ‘customize’ I get logged out of my account and then my password isn’t recognized and I have to create a new one. I worked with Wordpress and they said they saw some critical errors on the backend and they uninstalled the theme. I re-installed it and started to see the same errors/issues again. So I asked Wordpress to uninstall it again. At this point, I don’t want to try installing it again. I’m not sure what to do.

Hi, I have just purchased Jayla (3a7371f4-3a5d-41e2-82f3-fd6055904130 – 5 May 2021 REGULAR LICENSE) and received an error message when I tried to install it. The message referenced missing style sheets. Jayla will be replacing an existing template – the website is not new but has not been active and was only partially built. good star 1, presentation of the website is good. functional admin theme options, 2, use WPpage builder and easy to use.bad stars 1, When having problem on the code, the theme author ask for our website administrator account and password which is really ridiculous.2, Very very slow response. Very very cold attitude.3, WPbakery Page builder is not auto updated(it does not provide a registered version), each update happens, we have to ask for the author to send us a new version and usually don't know when the author will reply.
