Do not purchase this theme if you don’t have time to constantly message the “support” team for theme errors.

It’s been a week since I emailed their support and still no reply. I follow up my concern almost everyday.

Hi, i am working on the footer of the page. Unfortenately the first widget and the header of this widget in the footer is always placed higher than the rest. From left to right the first one is not on the same height. I dont understand why and how to change it. Thx for your help. br

After adding theme , there is no dummy pages like about us and other pages coming as shown in demo version , plz help . Thank you

Theme is not good at all, I have made previous comments on why you should not buy this theme but they have removed them. I am telling you, if you don’t want a highly overpriced basic theme etc… keep looking.

There are lots of broken links and ill-thought out functionality. Many of the icons comes from different sources, some of which are no longer online. The theme colors aren't located in a central place and some colors can't be changed without editing the theme source code. The documentation is also pretty much useless as it's mostly just a rehashing of features rather than actually explaining how to utilize the features of the theme. Often the ShopiLaunch temp content will show up on my storefront instead of my actual products. This alone is unacceptable and unfortunately after spending a few hours attempting to customize this I am unable to use this theme.I'd rate this theme one star, but it is pretty and has potential if the author can fix the broken stuff and perhaps make the theme customization and documentation more sensible.

I purchased this theme and he is so powerful. The documentation is clear and the customization options are great and the customer support is perfect as well.

Hi, I want to ask a few questions before purchase. 1. Can I have the home page menu bar for all other pages, i.e. product page, about us page, etc. The current product page menu bar is minimized instead of expanded. 2. The main pics of most of the home pages styles doesn’t slide automatically except the newest home page. Can you help to make it slide automatically for our chosen home page style? 3. Can the sections drag and drop 4. Are there more sections available for home page and product page? Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Thanks.

Hi mate, We are really sorry. We believe that our Zoa Theme still works well. A lot of our customers already use and they are satisfied with Zoa Theme. The font takes time to load, and the loading speed is fast or slow depending on the speed of your internet connection. Kinds regards!

I see that the last update of this theme was made in 2018. Will I have a problem with the current version of Shopify? Will all modules work perfectly?

This theme is still new for shopify plaform. It is imperfect but the customer support is perfect. The theme itself is clean, tidy and simple. with lots of combination. After fixing a few bugs by the support team, my website run smoothly and it is good enough and easy to switch layout. P.S. Always screen capture the pictures to show your question. it would be easier for the customer support to under your question.
