The design quality is excellent. I would recommend improving the documentation a bit for non-techs. Rest all fine.

Customer support got back to me withing 2hrs and resolved my problem. He was willing and offered to login to my site to help with the demo install even though it wasn't offered as a support item.So far the support has been great!Thanks

Design is nice. I am working on it, everything smooth still dont need support. what need to be improve is just about demo setup. which is a minor issue.

The theme is decent but there are many little things that put together make it after all a poor experience. First of all the theme has a very limited options. Unless you feel like getting dirty and messing with the code there is very little variation for you to use in the theme options. Secondly, if you think that the support is good, then I have to disappoint you. I opened an "offer" asking for paid customization over a month ago. NOBODY answered my ticket. Support do not exist. Maybe I was unlucky, maybe not, but that left a very bad taste in my mouth. One of the main complain I have is ridiculusly limited space for the logo. Its so small nothing will look good there. Also, if you want to translate the theme some strings are hard to translate probably due to the difference in big and small letters used in the strings.
