I absolutely love this theme, it's super easy to make something stunning with it. I really do miss WooCommerce support though, since I have a little shop on my Portfolio I have to run multiple themes at once (using Calafate for my shop), it works fine but I would've loved to see even a simple and plain WooCommerce compatibility.

Hi Van,
there seems to be an issue with the hero header / custom tag line. I thought I messed something up, but its in your own theme preview as well:
For example: check out the agency/freelance template. When I view it on my iphone 6, 7 and 11+ the typography is clipping to the top of the screen / over the logo. If you set the vertical centering to “top” it doesnt overlap the logo, but it starts clipping into the content on the bottom…
Can you explain a fix to this please? From a design / portfolio perspective this makes using the theme impossible as it leaves a very bad impression.

Hi guys! Have you had a look at https://airtifact.demo-heythemers.com/freelancers/ on mobile? There is something wrong with spacing etc. (tried on new iPhone with different browsers) (also if you look at it with mobile setting on desktop), would this be addressed in the next update (planning on using that page for my project)?

The theme looks really great. The Design is really outstanding and the possibilities are big. Overall it's simple to use.
The support works fine and they're very friendly and ready to help.
I miss the function to predefine the look of the global Typo like font-size and font-set and so on. I had to do that via custom CSS which could be a problem for some users.

The day this theme becomes more woocommerce friendly, it’ll be the best portfolio theme on Envato. We bought the theme over a year ago via another account. I’ve installed and wanted to use the theme 10-15 times for my portfolio but had to abandon it because of the lack of shop capabilities. Too much work to implement the proper woocommerce aesthetics and compatible features. I still love it, and i’m almost forced to use it because it’s so fluid and great as a designer portfolio, but no shop. It’s killing me!!!! Lol. Great theme, hopefully one day…. Woocommerce!

I know there isn’t full WooCommerce support for the theme but I did read where you commented that a simple Woocommerce install should be capable. I have been looking for a template for a long time without a heaped builder, while looking very modern, really suitable for a portfolio and a small blog.
Everything is very cool, but at first it was not easy to figure out how to make a section full width. But I figured it out anyway. Great experience. If you need additional styles - creat yourself. This is a logical approach if you need small changes, rather than huge but unnecessary features.

LOVE the design and some of the features.. but without Visual composer or any easy editor, it's impossible to build pages if you don't have their content loaded. It's a frustrating theme to work with and customize.

Se me ha terminado el soporte, pero para que lo incluyáis en futuras actualizaciones os recomiendo eliminar el código de un SVG que hay por el template que pone Created with Sketch. ya que en una de mis páginas https://ziddea.com/servicios por mucho que cambio todo el SEO y mando revisiones, Google cambia el title y pone “Servicios Created with Sketch.”

Hi, my support has expired but i believe the issue im facing is a bug rather than support.

I just noticed that nothing happens on clicking the menus when the site is viewed from a tablet. I was able to recreate the issue from my pc when viewing the site at resolution of 1280×800 using chromes developer tools options.
Hope you could let me know what is the issue here?

Hi Van, how do I update the Advanced Custom Fields PRO plugin within the Airtifact theme? Or does it only update when there is a theme update? Currently when trying to update it says: “Advanced Custom Fields PRO: Update package not available.” Is there a fix for this? Kind regards, from Joris

This is the least flexible theme I have ever had the displeasure of working with. The “ Unique & lightweight custom content builder. You can create very creative layouts to display your projects in a very easy way. No bloated code, no unnecessary elements or components.” Is a joke, it is just a column editor with the classic Wordpress editor inside. Would not recommend.

Hello, I love the theme but have one major issue I can’t resolve. The portfolio displays on some phones as a two column grid, making the captions unreadable and the links don’t work. I use external URLs on some portfolios, but it’s very hard to get the second tap to open the link.
I would appreciate any resolution you might have. I rely on the homepage for people to be able to quickly read the excerpts of portfolio items, and they are currently unreadable on Iphone 12 Pro (the project title displays, but gets cut off, and only a few words from the excerpt display). I can’t change it to a single column because it also changes the desktop version.

The theme is simply WOW. Sexy, smart and full of features that I've never spotted among other Envato's WP themes. These guys are really creative and break WP design and backend limits. Apart from the above, the support team is always helpful and willing to assist whenever it's needed. Highly recommended!

I can say, without doubts, that this, is the BEST THEME OF themeforest.net. The support is amazing: the guys reply to any questions (even my "stupid" one), and Van is really a professional and talented man. The theme itself is something great: you can do what you want, with a lots of creative inputs. No limits to the experimentation.
Is a really fast and light theme. I got also a wonderful Seo impact: Google likes the structure of the pages and It put my website on the first results.At the end: NO DOUBT...that is the best purchase of my web designer life!

Support has been more than helpful. Very quick to make the needed changes, and very polite. The builder is a bit confusing but not as bad when you learn it. I do wish it was made with one of the builders so you could use additional elements.You can still download builders but when you convert the page to edit with that builder it messes up current page settings. Highly recommend buying this because support is top notch.

Me gustaría dar las gracias una vez más al estudio de VanKarWai por ofrecer la posibilidad de crear una web de manera tan fácil (y atractiva!). El tema no puede se más fácil de instalar y en pocos minutos he podido comenzar a montar mis contenidos gracias su sencillo constructor visual (su simplicidad engaña para bien) y su detallada documentación.
