Yes, Default Shopify is supported GDPR. And check it all your store requirement with default standard shopify theme because we created theme base on default standard theme. Asked about changing the color or the ribbon in the right hand corner and the next and previous buttons in the slideshow and this is the answer I received.
We have placed that image in background(in css), if you want to change it then you have to add new image for that. If you want then we can do it for you.
Why would you place something in the background in a color that most people would want to change and not assist with changing the color but instead tell the buyer they have to change the image?

Customer support is horrible. They are not willing to log into the store and change the color of an object. They are keep email me to send them a new object if I want a change. Why would I want a new image when I asked that the color of the image they used be changed....This is the same answer they keep giving me. We have placed that image in background(in css), if you want to change it then you have to add new image for that.
If you want then we can do it for you.

I will rate this theme and team as full due to the developer is very fast respond about the issue we been report. And they solve the problem very fast. Great to introduce this theme for our merchant and our merchant is love it very much. If you looking for good theme with good team support. This is the best theme for you.
