Great design quality, good taste theme, but it's not perfect. Some shortcodes are not really customizable. But the overall experience is good.

I am interested in purchasing your theme and for this i will need some additional info. In specific, i would like to know whether it is possible to override custom post-type templates or other code created in Byanca Core Plugin with the use of a child theme.

could you please update the Slider Revolution Plugin because the actual version in the theme (Version 1.4 – October 22nd, 2020 > Updated Revolution Slider to 6.2.23) is not compatible with PHP8.

Since no one is replying to my complain, i will leave this here, perhaps i will get quick response. Bought the theme on Nov 20, 2021 and I installed it on my newly created WordPress website, I have unlimited errors from the theme after downloading. I am getting critical issues in widget area, slider revolution and product images are not showing on my website. Plug-ins are not updated and tons of critical errors following each other. Have to deactivate the slider revolution to work on my website but critical error has popped up in widgets now. Its a good theme, but how can i even work with it if i’m having tons of errors.
Please can I have a direct email address of the support team member to resolve the issues quickly? As till this date, I am really disappointed. This theme cost me $75+ including VAT, bringing the price to $90+ and I have never used it!
