Hi,
I am trying to edit my site using the Customizer, but the options doesn’t open. I’ve cleared my cache, tried different browsers, and different computers. I also disabled third party plugins, but that didn’t help either.
How can i fix this issue?
I downloaded the theme from Envato elements, and I don’t have a purchase code. Can you help me?

This theme is beautifully designed & highly functional and has everything we need to start an eCommerce site. WooCommerce, product pages, user account registration/page with easy login/logout access, contact form, slider and many more. Documentation pages are very thorough, and online support is very helpful as well. It would've been nicer if the color can be controlled at each element level - the color scheme system was a bit difficult to control, and some elements can appear in an unexpected color. Other than that, we are very satisfied.

Hi,
the ThemeREX Addons Plugin can’t be updated… It is on version 31.6.48 and 31.6.48.2 is required. I can’t even activate it and my site is broken because none of the shortcodes work anymore…
When trying to update, I get the error “tgmpa-install-plugins can’t be loaded”...

I’m having a problem with the latest version of WPBakery Page Builder. The plugin is activated and updated to the latest version, but when I want to edit the page in the backend, everything is displayed in code. Please, help me.

Hi,
I am trying to add some custom code under Customize < Additional CSS, but the Additional CSS section won’t pop up like it usually does. There’s an arrow on the right-hand side, but it doesn’t open. I’ve cleared my cache, tried multiple different browsers, and different computers. I also disabled third party plugins, but that didn’t help either. The only thing that worked was switching to a free WordPress theme. In another theme, the Additional CSS panel worked again.
Will there be a update to your theme that will help fix this issue?

Hi, is this theme still supported? Since last year there has not been an update and with WP 5.8 are changes that I think should be implemented right? Like the start of full site editing with the new widget system.

Very nice theme with many options. Good documentation.
A few bugs make it difficult to center or change the position of text and its difficult to change the theme option typo.
Otherwise it would have been 5 stars

Hi, nice theme
We have little issue though, we purchased the theme and we get a open graph meta description with [vc_row …....., this is what facebook picks when sharing even though we installed yoast to created another open graph meta description. Please, is there a way we can find this in the theme files and remove it? We have disabled all plugins but nothing works
