I wanted to place a review since their support helped me within a day or so, which is nice!Purpose of installing this theme: I had a specific idea in my head that I wanted to create. So I browsed some themes and I looked into Brook. The demo page of Revolutionary really looked nice so I bought the Brook theme mainly for that design.The installation was very straightforward and easy and the documentation was helpful.I recommend to install the demo content and just remove the pages you don’t need. It takes some time to understand how everything is linked, like the menu’s and the pages. The demo contrnt is useful because it can be a bit harder to reproduce the quality of the pages otherwise if you do it yourself.Some extra documentation would have been nice, especially with some more complex stuff. It took me a while to find out how to change the colors of the background (which changed when scrolling). I contacted support and they answered with a helpful answer.Conclusion: Nice theme, easy to use interface builder, helpful support, no bugs so far. Great work.

Good evening, I have installed the theme. I am changing the color of a text with CSS, but the default color of the theme does not change. Awesome theme with great support of the author. Lots of options and pre design headers, footers, menu's and awesome demo content all ready for use. Highly recommended!

Althought the theme is nice, the documentation is very poor. The attached html file is not updated and the informations are very vague. IMHO It lacks of important information. The theme itself has some strange behaviour (in particular Portfolio pages) and has a lot of "hard to find" options. Anyway, has a very good aesthetical quality.

This theme is absolutely amazing, you can customize almost anything in an easy way and it comes with tons of features!!Also the customer support is top notch!!

The most I liked about the theme is it gives you almost full control on each section, easy to customise and personalise.Could be even better if it give few more control on mobile version like menu style etc,But support is great though!

From one day to another, parts of my site have disappeared. The template started to fail. Months of work with my page went to the trash. I do not recommend it at all. Very bad experience

Demo import is full, you get everything exactly as it appear in the demo with all content and all images. It even includes the intro page.

I am using this theme to update our aging website. I love the ease of use and custom ability of this theme. Plus whenever I have had an issue the support has been top notch.

The support we received was honestly very bad. We have bought two licences for the theme because we really liked it. At first, the customer support was ok.When a compatibility issue related to Wp Bakery came up we contacted customer support. We had already established that this was not an issue for other premium themes (we tested this issue with Total Theme). From the very beginning we provided them with all our credentials in order for them to access our site. We even designed a new page trying to make it easier for them to pinpoint and fix the problem.After having exchanged about ten messages with the customer service representative named Linh, without her having checked out the problem yet, she finally accessed our site to see what was going on. We have videos of her visits in our site showing her realising the problem. However, even though it is obvious that she was aware of the problem, she chose to tell us that she didn't find anything wrong and everything was ok. After our persistent efforts, she finally sent us some css code that did not resolve our issue.It is really a shame for companies not to show respect to their customers and being indifferent to their after-purchase needs. We don't recommend the purchase of the specific theme mainly because of the bad customer service. We have already contacted Envato about the situation and have sent them screenshots and videos of the sessions that prove what we are saying.We will reconsider changing the above rating only if someone from the support contact us and try to help us.

It looks really nice, and it's not a popular design so you can make it unique to your brand, but if you want to use it for the video backgrounds look somewhere else. **Performance issues** The brook theme has the a limited ability to create video headers. Limited because: 1.It slows down your side dramatically 2.You can only use YouTube videos 3.The YouTube video information doesn't hide**Difficult installation** You need to make changes to your server, and some server changes are more complicated than others. For example, I found changing the PHP string limit impossible.**Summary** I gave it a three-star because the page layouts look nice and they quickly respond to support tickets. But the lack of fully functional background videos and a somewhat difficult installation, make it hard to recommend this theme to others.I will edit my review if any of the issues are fixed.

Theme does not work with hosting from 123-reg, 1&1/ionos, Web fusion or Fasthosts, the issue is the demo content won't install because the server requirements don't allow for a 180 minimum execution time. I contacted the support via the ThemeMove own ticket system and received a next to useless reply.... No point in buying the theme if you can't use the demo content as that's generally why you buy the theme = to have your website look like or similar to the demo you see!!!

Several bugs in this theme and insufficient support to deal with them. I was either told they were working on it with no timeline OR was given the runaround.
