​Hi, after the theme update of version 1.3.4 launched in 13.10.2020 on the wordpress version 5.5.3 we have a main issues with the plugins slider revolution and essential grid. On the page we use slider revolution there is a blank space( nothing is displayed) as is showed in the screenshot. With the other plugin “essential grid” a wird text (warning) is displayed on the images when you hover over it. The warning text ​can be checked in the browser devtools. Please, help us with this unexpected problem. We told our client tha the issue will be solve SAS, Thank you. I can not submit a ticket because of expired support and this issue was occured right after mi support expired

Hi, No matter what I do, .scheme_default .sc_button_hover_slide_left defaults to a gradient black background when I’m trying to set it to a custom colour. I have targeted it in the child theme with !important on the background: , I have pasted this same setting in Customize> Additional CSS and I have blatantly DELETED IT out of the __colors.css file and without fail after a few hours SOMEHOW the settings get set back to: .scheme_default .sc_button_hover_slide_left { background: linear-gradient(to right, rgba(255,255,255,0) 50%,#000000 50%) no-repeat scroll right bottom / 210% 100% rgba(255,255,255,0) !important; How do I make this stop??? I just want buttons to be BLUE and not BLACK. Thank you!

Hello, how can I set the font size for MOBILE devices (i.e. main text, H1, H2 etc.)? The problem is that on smartphones the size of the main text is always TOO SMALL and you can’t read it, because if I increase the general size of the font (Fonts settings> Main text> Font size) on a desktop it is TOO large. when updating the theme to version 1.3.4 I noticed that the bundled plugins above mensioned S.R. with version 6.1.1 and E.G. with version 2.3.2 are below the recommended version for wordpress version 5.5.3, maybe this is the culprit of the issue of my case, please can you look at it and give me some advice how to figure it out, thank.

Hi folks. I’m pretty glad with the theme… but… my support has expired… I’ve got an annoying display bug since some weeks with Windows PCs (Chrome, Firefox,...) : I can not scroll down with mouse (side ruler works fine). Looks like it has something to do with JS and the the Themerex addon. Every thing is up to date (theme, plugins and builder). Do i need to renew for that ? cheers
