I have payed for the extended support, but I have never got any kind of support, whenever I asked for it. Wasted my money and time. Too bad because the theme itself looks very nice, and has a lot of very cool features, and has the potential to be truly mighty theme. If the author would at least care to read the comments, on reply/react in any way, it would be truly amazing.
Note to the potential buyer: save yourself some time and money, and buy some other theme.
Note to the author: if you're selling extended time of zero support, it would be fair to make that clear. Let's face the fact: you offer basically no support whatsoever. I'm disappointed.
