I am using the https://droitthemes.com/html/saasland/demo.html banner and would like to know where do I change the “typed” text. I checked the html, CSS and JS files…. am I missing something?

Found customer support to be lacking as it took me posting the same question twice over a month in order to receive a response of "The Theme can't do that" for something as obvious as an autoclose on the menu when jumping to anchor links on the same page.

Very bad template with poor documentation. Also, I was quite surprised that there is still no Bootstrap 5. If I pay a little extra money, I can get a template much better.

We have plans to implement AMP in near future to this item, currently we don’t have it.
BTW: This is not a ‘theme’ (as in a WordPress theme), this is an HTML ‘template’. Just a friendly reminder, if you are not sure about it.
