Yes, you can show properties ascending or descending by dates and sold properties are shown last.

Before buying the theme I need to know if I can configure that the default order of how the properties are shown are by ascending or descending dates or the properties sold are shown last.

Is this theme compatible with woocommerce, dokan, etc., can I build a Marketplace website for b2b, b2c, c2c, etc.?
I would like to introduce two methods, one is to get a flat rate on the listing and the other is to get the trading fee on the Marketplace.

I just installed the theme and it keeps giving me the following error:

Hi there, can you please share how customisable the search filters are?
1. Can we add more filters?
2. Can we add filter dependencies? For example: a. show different filters based on property type. // b. Create dependency between Country (level 1) > City (level 2)
3. Can we change types of filters? for example: make a dropdown multiselect instead of single option?
Also, can we easily add more property fields?
