Had a couple of issues, but the developer hopped onto a screen share and fixed the issue in 2 minutes and updated the theme. Would recommend them and would purchase another theme from them! Thank you

I bought this theme through Envato elements, over the last few months the website is not working very well as some of the gallery pages don’t load properly. I’m not sure if it’s relevant but I can see there is an update for Andaman Helper from 1.0.4 to 1.0.5 but every time I try the update in WordPress it fails and gives the following message:
Plugin not activated. A higher version of Andaman Helper is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.
I’ve tried to raise a ticket but because I bought the theme through Envato Elements, I was not issued a purchase code. I do have a license code which I can send.
Can you please advise?

Hello,
I want to update the Andaman Helper to the latest version (1.0.5) from version 1.0.4 but it does not update at all. I go to Appearance -> Install Plugins and I click update. It says that the plugin has been updated but when I return to the update plugins screen it says it is in the previous version (1.0.4).
I do not use any caching plugins.

I am starting a new business, so I'm trying to keep costs to a minimum. That's why I decided to build my Wordpress site myself. While I have done some Wordpress editing, I have never built a site from scratch. When I found the Andaman theme, I was excited about the clean look and clarity of design, and my branding agent agreed. Then, when I started developing, I discovered how easy the template is to use. I recommend DankovThemes and the Andaman theme in particular.

Pre-sale Question:
I would like to buy your theme but as i see in the change log, the last update was 17 December 2020 and had the 5.6 Wordpress compatibility.
Is your theme compatible with the 5.7 Worcpress version and with the JQuery deprecations on that version?
