PreSale question – Is this a child theme for Elementor? Or a separate theme that uses the Elementor page builder as a plugin? In either case, do we also need a license from Elementor or that comes bundled with the theme?

I have been using Kordex for a few months now and I really enjoy it. This is my second experience with WordPress after a first website built in 2014. I really appreciate the flexibility provided by Elementor and the various options of the theme. However I would not recommend it for beginners. Documentation could be a bit more detailed, in particular when it comes to parameters, default values ... The level of support is outstanding and would deserve 6 stars. Very reactive, always ready to provide help with css, make changes to the theme when needed. I am currently translating the theme using WPML and the team support has been incredible. This is my first experience with WPML and I would not have succeeded otherwise.

It would be great if there was a way to add a watermark on top of all photos in the proofing gallery that you could remove after the client has paid. I disabled downloading, but I want to disable making screenshots as well. Being able to add a temporary watermark would be a great feature.

Some items are difficult to get right, but not many, great to use and simple, only noticed a slight visual bug when you are on mobile and do not have a "loading" icon, more a UX thing than a true bug. Great theme love using it as it makes life simple

This WP Theme is a million miles away from the earlier Themes that Imaginem produced. Their BIOME theme was tight and brilliant with their own Page Builder tools, yet now they've opted to use 'Elementor' which is buggy as hell. Overall a very disappointing theme. Such a shame, BIOME was a great theme but they pulled it.

Hi, Do you mean latest version of the theme. If you updated WordPress with old version of theme then it can cause problems. Simply update the theme to latest if you updated WordPress it should get everything working fine. Do ensure you have also updated the plugins in notice after updating the theme. You’ll see the plugins related to the theme that require updating in wp-admin > Appearance > Install Plugins. That plugin section is not the same as the wp-admin > Plugins. So do check that section and make sure all plugins are updated as well. If you don’t see that section then it means all plugins are up-to-date. And if you use a caching plugin, make sure to purge cache after updating. And delete browser cache if you don’t see any changes.
