Great customer support, lackluster documentation. No proper documentation for the website. Most of the setup can be found in their knowledge base, but some stuff is lacking. To setup the website correctly customer support is required.

I have a problem with the theme. If i disable Jetpack everything gets broken. The homepage changes, elements shift to the right. It really changes everything.
I dont want Jetpack and i want to disable it. How can i do that and also have the website working?

Pre renew support question. I want to know how I could change the slugs of the portfolio and the project-type archive (to chage the urls). But this seems to be a feature coming from Jetpack… Although this version of Jetpack seems to be included in your theme so I don’t know which support I should buy. Yours… or jetpack ?
