I purchased the theme some time ago and is activated with a proper licence. A month or so ago I started to see the notice in admin dashboard: “Your copy of the theme has not been activated. Please navigate to SetSail Dashboard where you can input your purchase code and activate your copy of the theme so you can have access to all the theme features, elements & options.” If I go to dashboard it says that the theme IS registered: Registration You have successfully registered your copy of the theme! Since then some of shortcodes stopped working like [qodef_blog_list]. I already tried deregistering and registering again but nothing changed. Tell me how to procede to fix this since I cannot submit an official request on your site – this is something that stopped working from your end and buying extended support just to resolve the activation/bug issue is not ok. Now it looks like the “activation” is tied to buying extended support and thus half of functions stop working after your support period is finished.

Customer support is non-existent, you practically wait for 3-4 days to get support from this developer, they don't even reply to tell you they are working on the issue! Very bad customer support!

It is not a great theme. Just paypal checkout, you cant modify all the colors without messing with the code, poor ux/ui. And more details that can be inproved.

Hello, I have sent you an email to [email protected] because the support guide does not offer a solution to the problem I am having. When I install the theme and activate it a critical error occurs on the web, and it breaks, forcing me to reset it and remove the installed theme… I need help, urgently.
