Dear,
I found some bugs but the theme is relatively good. Support has provided fast service and should soon provide a solution. The problem encountered is nothing serious in a way that prevents the product from working. The product is good, but it can improve a lot still. I am giving a vote of confidence believing these improvements. I believe my site will be a Success Story with TickeLab.

Extremely great theme and even better support. It is rare that you receive such report from Themeforest Authors but I can honestly say that they truly care about their customers and go to great lengths to assist.

Support – overall responsive, but not sufficiently skilled
- An “update master” sent to me was supposed to correct 4 of 6 bugs I had reported. It fixed 3, while undoing 1 “fix”, and left 2 others unaddressed.- Instead of actually addressing code to adjust alignment or sizing of the colored boxes on home (if all four are not use), BBT applied a change to col-md-3 CSS making it 33% width instead of 25%. Which then caused all the sidebars that are also col-md-3 (25% width) to kick down below the main content (which is col-md-9 and 75% width). - I was told that test scripts were needed to determine what was causing the abnormalities I was experiencing. I asked why they couldn’t see what I see in a basic browser “inspect” feature. I haven’t gotten a response.Customizer plugin labeled as Mail Chimp

I could have selected many items from the "reason for your rating" dropdown, but I selected "Code Quality" as the main issue. That said, there are many problems in many areas...I really, really, really wanted to like this theme. But it just doesn't work the way it's advertised. We installed TicketLab on 4/18 and due to poor documentation had to immediately start a ticket. It is now 10/18 and I am STILL going back and forth on many, many different bugs and problems in the theme. I will grant that some of these things have been on me (items I missed, etc.) - but most of it is simply due to a myriad of problems with the theme itself (responsiveness issues, bad CSS, security vulnerabilities, ticketing module doesn't handle tickets correctly, broken linking for the agent/client dashboards, buggy forms, etc.). Another example is that despite the marketing claim that everything in the theme will be updated for life - this is not true for the critical WP Bakery plugin. You DO NOT get a license for this with the theme, therefore you have to contact them every time it needs an update and wait fo them to do it.Another frustrating thing is that you as a user have to repeatedly provide screenshots, videos, etc to demonstrate the problems. That in itself is not bad, but to have to do it over and over again for the same issues is extremely frustrating. And this has been the case for months now. We are a web shop and could fix most of these issues ourselves, but we bought the theme so we could focus on other things.We have unfortunately given up on this theme and will be moving to Zendesk - writing off the $60 we spent on the theme - and HOURS AND HOURS of time over 6 months trying to get BBT to get this thing working. I really should have taken the cue that this was not the theme it seemed to be when BigBang Themes themselves use Zendesk for tickets instead of their own platform.I would definitely recommend staying away from this one.

This theme has all the features I need for a help desk. Knowledgebase, forums and support tickets! It's fantastic.

I had many problems with the developers, from support for faults or additional requests, the documentation of use of the theme is very poor, I would not buy themes from this company again

Code Quality not up to the mark, DID NOT even fulfill the basic requirement of a ticket system for me!

I’m very disappointed in this theme right now. I had high hopes for this and support has let me down. They took an entire day to respond again and again and when they finally address the issue with uploading my demo content, the forums DO NOT work. The main reason for having this theme was for the functionality. Very UNSATISFIED customer right now.

Any questions/issues are dealt with quickly. The theme is beautiful, but support makes a world of difference.

you can not assign tickets from the main interface. you can do it only from the administrator interface
