I notice the theme has not been updated in 9 months, is this still being supported, also do you offer a customisation service if we was the purchase the theme?

Buyer Beware: Magentech deserves a 1-star review in a few areas which include customer support and sloppy code or what I call, "lazy code". I attempted to contact customer support many times to have some custom work completed, however, they never returned any of my ticket requests. I am well versed in CSS and HTML but the code to this theme is built in a "Lazy" way meaning that so many things are grouped together under common classes that changing one thing changes so many things that it basically turns into rewriting huge amounts of code everywhere. Yes, a class is meant to be used in multiple areas but not to the point where the entire websites becomes a disaster with a single change. I figured that they know where the pitfalls are that they could do the changes ... well, they never got back to me. I am fixing it but the funny thing is that I wasted so much time waiting for a response that never came that I could have finished it all in one day myself anyway.

Hi! We are considering this theme for an art gallery. We do not see where the product images can be expanded with a light box for the viewer to see high quality images which is a requirement for us. Thank you
