How do I make the testimonial slider speed last longer for each slide (I think it’s set at 5 seconds and I’d like it to be 8 seconds so the user has time to read the testimonial)

Please I have been having issues with getting the contact form on the contact page to submit forms successfully. Though it shows successful on the url but nothing is delivered to the email used. same with the newsletter form. This product is not listed under your support site as a drop down
