On the demo website ‘Home Style 3’ and Home Style 4’ do not load. I have tried in Firefox, Chrome, and Safari. The fact that there are issues with your demo sites makes me wary of making a purchase.

This theme is not working. They will never help you and the only thing they say it is perfectly working. They haven't updated this theme for over 1,5 year. It's incompatible with the newest versions of wordpress.
Ofcourse they will refuse any refund.
Just don't buy it. Envato also is responsible for letting these themes to be sold.

The demo does not look like the preview itself.
There are missing pages and the homepage has a page title section. This section push the slider down.
