Hello, I today bought Soda through ThemeForest with extended support for 12 months. Since two features are currently not working properly, I wanted to post a ticket, but the system states that my support is expired and that I cannot post a ticket. I had a slight issue with the theme, I've sent support an e-mail and the answer came back after 10 minutes, detailed with screenshots, fixed my issue right away‼️

Hello there,
We submitted two more tickets through the official support channel last week. Again, no reply whatsoever.
The tickets were regarding the online documentation links being broken and a quick question about a disappearing sidebar.
