Hi, We love your theme and I’m looking to buy it, but before we purchase it I have few questions to ask which be great if you answer them.. 1) Does the geo IP location changes the language and currency? or just the top bar? 2) What is the page speed loading? Does it load similar to theme fastest? 3) Is there only one design? are you planning to have more designs? 4) What is internal site search? 5) How do we translate the website? is it an app? Now any the features you offer don’t have any recurring fees and is it managed by an app you developed? Thanks for answering and great work on the theme

hello i purchased this shopify theme and i need support for theme my theme has a mobile responsive error product scrolling error and filter error I raised ticket from last 3 days but no reply or solved this thank you

Is there any way to make it so the variants don’t show up when viewing a product in the collection?

theme doesn’t work perfect on smartphone, variant doesn’t work. image not appear on smart phone for product in home page. theme work good on laptop but doesn’t work with smartphone. i target always my customers on smart phone. sorry but your theme is not worth 82 dollar

your theme features looks awesome, the only lack of your theme is the homepage layout, can we customize by adding a slideshow full width banner? are you planning to add more home page layout?

I bought this Theme to give my store a new “look”. The theme is very nice and has everything you need included. It’s pretty easy to customize with the drag and drop Shopify sections. So many awesome features included in this theme and a million ways to customize just the way you want everything to work. After just a day or two, I had everything almost the way I wanted, but there were a couple of things I wanted changed. “Support” made some minor changes for me very quickly, so I was pleased. Support also added a “custom page” and “custom HTML” to my sections. Excellent! Note: I also asked “support” for some custom work, and they replied with a reasonable price, (even though this theme is very good without the custom things I want). But, so far I’m afraid the “Freak” theme can’t replace my current theme yet. While it looks fantastic “out of the box”, I think it lacks a few important points. 1. On “mobile” (very important for me), there is no “icon” or “number” to show that items are actually in the shopping cart. (Customers will have to open the “shopping cart” page to see if selected items are there. This is definitely a “turn off” for my customers who purchase many items at a time). 2. On “mobile” there is no “sticky menu”, which I think is really necessary ESPECIALLY for “mobile” users. It would be nice to have a “sticky menu” which has menu, my store logo, search and shopping cart (with icon to show number of items in cart). 3. There is a minor issue as well…. When I apply a “discount”, the “sale price” is displayed correctly and the “Original price” is lined out correctly, however the “percent discount” displayed is incorrect. (example: $7.98 price with sale price $6.98 shows a 1% saving. (Small details are very important to win customers trust). I hope “support” will correct the minor issues (at no cost) with the theme as I may find them. I also hope some of my suggestions will show up in future “theme updates”. Until then, I’m afraid I’ll have to keep using my “tried and true theme” which I’m currently using.

Hello, do you have a theme preview without all the apps? I want to see how fast the theme is without all the apps. With the apps the load time is okay but I want it to be faster
