The menu is sticky in the “Organic Store” demo, but not in the “Restaurant Store.” Can the menu be made stick in the “Restaurant Store” template?

The theme is incomplete, there are no fields on steps 2-5 on the checkout page, the mini cart feature on the header doesn't work. Support is non-existent. If the author wants to improve this item he/she needs to quit the reply bot in comments section (They all say "Thank you" even if its a question), finish the theme and reply the support tickets.

1) Is there any option for blog full page?
2) Is there an auto scroll option like a carousel for the the featured section on the home page and the latest blog section on home page ?
3) Any option for phone numbers and email id on top header section?

Hello,
Some questions:
1) Does the images automatically adjust the size in product filter and carousel?
or do i have to individually set my images to a particular width and height?
2) Is there any custom css file where i can overwrite my CSS settings?
