You’ve deleted my review once before. I will post again because I feel as though your support is horrendous. I’d rate this user a big fat ZERO if I could!Support is pathetic, they claim to support, although the do not support at all, in fact they blame other plugin developers even though it’s part of the theme.I asked for support several times in there support forum (this is a platform external to envato just so they can hide their lack of support they claim to be so good at) because elementor has stopped working, sent them screenshots & links to the problem along with admin log in details. His reply, sorry I cannot find it, or this is not my issue contact the plugin owners. How much more obvious could I get.I have contacted PayPal as the PayPal integration didnt work and I am a paying GiveWP pro user, they have both confirmed there is a lot of bugs on the site which restrict content from working as they should. They have even checked the demo versions of the site too and also confirmed this.The theme is good just unfortunate about the restrictions the theme developer has put in place but moreover lack of support the developer gives. It’s shocking poor and I’ve made a formal complaint to envato about them.I had a launch for the website, I’ve had to postpone it twice because of the site not conveniently working as it should.If you are looking to buy this theme, I highly recommended you DO NOT buy it, as I’m sure you’ll be able to customise another theme better than this one. This theme may initially look nice but that’s about as far as you can get without things breaking.

After reading some bad reviews, I doubted enormously. Still, I thought the theme was very well developed. Certainly in comparison with other fundraising themes, this was by far the best choice. After downloading the theme, I didn't experience any problems. I am very satisfied so far.

Boasts being a fundraising/donation site, but won't let you incororate reputable APIs like WooCommerce. You are forced to use the developer's custom platform. When I expressed concern that this wouldn't work, the developer said "tough luck - no refunds." Do not recommend. Customer service is slow and extremely curt.
