Unfortunately good support was till I was rate them. After that I can give them only one star. Unfortunately I can’t change it. Example answers “i think, you can use css” or “You can add in ”\app\code\Rokanthemes\Themeoption\view\frontend\templates\html\head.phtml”” and last question for more detailed stay without answer. Theme is not full customizable so i need some hints what and where should I change. I do not wont to change anything without confirmation with author.
Hint for future customers. If you want to have good support all the time, do not rush with rate them

Is there any guide here or what ? also why are file names about 90000 characters cant even open half them ! such trouble ! If you say email here just send a refund. I bought from Themeforest and this is where i want the support.
If i knew some random guy would be selling themes with support from a Gmail account i wouldnt have bought.
Plus other people and see the problems that there are with this theme and you can help people over come them here so you have a less work. So is there a guide ?

Hi, some of base photos in the product pages of my website have been stretched out/distored making the photos look terribly.

We have purchased this theme and installed in the Magento 2.3, imported demo pages also. But looks like, it doesn’t reflect on front-end. We have run all necessary commands, but still nothing. Do we have to manually create or it should be auto theme deploy? Can you send us theme installation guide if available!

Hi, I bought the theme months ago but had no time to finish the set up, used the quick start package method. I have only a quick question. I created a slider and added the slides. Now, how do I call the slider from the homepage? I see how to add widgets and blocks. But what about a slider? This is not covered in the docs. Thank you.
