Installing “Business” demo for Intact, it does not include all of the page examples in your “Business” demo… like for page elements, etc. Only showing one page design with menu, but need full spectrum including subpages as shown in your demo with design element pages, example feature pages, etc…. Help me get it all before I start to customize!!!

Hi. I bought this theme many years ago, but some new update is creating a problem… My landing page shows no content. I see footer / header / menu but! if I change the URL on the landing page e.g., /test – then all content is visible. My support has expired, but is this a common issue? Do you have any tips how to fix it?

This is an excellent theme that is easy to configure and delivers a great site. The customer support even for basic questions is outstanding.

We had some difficulties setting the theme and the support was extremely quick and efficient in helping us out. Also, the theme is great and very easy to use. Definitely recommending it.

This came with so many required plugins, for me it was impossible to get it working. Gave up after an hour.

My client got HTTP 502 error on half of their pages on the site. It says that there is a hosting server read timeout. I an unable to access the wordpress dashboard because of the same error. Can anyone help me please?

In a previous review I already rated the Documentation with 2 stars. I add this review to bring balance in my reviews. As stated earlier, the documentation can be improved, which is a reason for me to have frequent contact with support on the themes support forum. The support (what this review is about) is great. Quick response. They are willing to look at the backend of your site, if you give them temporary admin rights. If needed they create custom css. I haven't needed that myself so far, but I have seen this in the answer to support questions of other users.I also needed the support forum to get the latest version of the Visual Composer plugin. The visual composer plugin comes with the theme, but is not automatically updated. This needs to be done manually. I figured this out by reading the support forum. And then I needed the support forum to be able to download the latest version of the plugin. (On the forum was a link to where I could download the file).So I'm happy that support and the support forum are there!

Hello, We used your theme to design our website. On our home page we have a “Latest Uploads” section – which is a slider of our blogs. The idea behind it was that all the blogs that we upload every week would show up first and then the previous one and the one prior to that, so on and so forth (Descending Order). However, after having implemented the element, the oldest blog is showing up first, then the one after that and so on (Ascending Order). Is there a way that we can change it to a descending fashion so that all visitors can see the newer uploads first? Please help

Hi, I get a wordpress error since few days. I Updated with the last version of the theme and it issue is the same. When I goes to edit a page it displays “Global error check your email administration for further debug informations”. It seems that it is ONLY when I migrate to PHP 8.0

Hi, I love your theme a lot but when I import a demo, I can see that slider revolution is working on the backend, meaning that I can edit and add images and it shows but when I log out and go to homepage, the slider revolution is showing blank white page. Also one of the subpages looks different on the live version. I have the main instead of the child theme installed. Can you tell me what the problem is.
