I know this theme is getting old and was not updated since June 2018. Question: does it still make sense to use this theme or I would be better off purchasing one of your other themes direct from BigCommerce marketplace? Is this theme still current in terms of BigCommerce Stencil software or other related features, just as other current themes on the BC Marketplace? I am just trying to understand of this theme is not outdated in any way and will continue to be supported.

This theme is absolutely amazing!!! So many useful features are built in, including a really great live search box. The customer support is the best you can find, the theme developer was so nice and helpful getting this set-up!! Highly recommended for any online store website.

When Bigcommerce releases an update, what do you do to maintain compatibility? Also, is SaraMarket built on Cornerstone or any other standard?

We have a lot of products and categories and have been looking for a new Bigcommerce Stencil Template for awhile. We have 7 Bigcommerce Stores. This template is the most professional template we have found to date, the support is superior. Easy to edit, the instructions were easy to follow. Also very important, the load speed for our store on this template was 1.44 secs (on pingdom), loading 1.5MB with 60 Requests - note we fully compress our images. Thanks for the great template!

excellent theme, super easy to work with but for us the most important factor was technical support. Giao has been super helpful in resolving all issues after the installation. Even did a few feature updates without shedding more $$$. Will be a life long customer. Thank you so much for all the help and designing this super sleek theme.

I have grown to expect rubbish support when I buy a template. In fact I am so paranoid now that I wrote and asked a question before I purchased it - just to see how long it would take for support to write back to me. I am in Australia and I got an answer straight away. Suitably impressed - I purchased the theme.I love, love, love the template, but I have to select Customer Support as my main reason for 5 stars.The documentation is well written and thorough. It had everything I needed to customise my theme the way I wanted it. I didn't have to guess or figure out anything.I had no problems at all installing it - everything worked as it should - right from the word go.I did have a question about some custom work and oh my goodness. AMAZING SUPPORT!! Never - ever - for any purchase that I have made here - have I received such amazing support and service.I cannot recommend this seller enough. They haven’t responded to email at all since a month ago. The theme is not being updated too since 2018. Where should I contact? To modify the theme. or should I renew the support?
