very bad customer service there is a problem when the template works on mobile and I contact with them many times and no answer and I am thinking right now to change the template but from decent people and know what they are doing

The template is very cool, but it needs special improvements on smart devices, and the response was not strong

My experience is not good about spredmag theme. They helped me to solve an issue, but as soon as it solved, the another issue arises. The issues are related to mobile devices.Ultimately they couldn’t give me a proper solution related to theme.
