Hi, I can’t remove the background image (with the pencil, notebook and earphones) when im doing an article. I checked in the theme setting but I didn’t find anything. Can you please help me just to know how and where remove it. Thanks.

It's a freaking nice theme. It's the first one I bought with Elementor, I'm very happy with it, so much cleaner and nicer than WP Bakery/VC. Very easy to use. Customer support is fantastic, one of the best that I experienced. Very quick to answer, easy to understand and always happy to help, we can't ask more.

Hey guys, I am new to Elementor, so would be nice if you could clarify this one for me: In your Tabs/Toggles or Accordeons, the switching and text go without any animation. Is this a thing of Elementor, which can be edited or is it a question of a WP theme – whether the developers have included it or not? And what about the menu orientation, if the theme doesn’t offer side menu, then there is no way to create it in Elementor (I mean not the PRO verion)? Cheers, Andreas

Hi, some prior to purchase questions.. 1. In many of your demos the main font size is quite small that it’s almost a pain for me, and I have quite ok vision, 24” full HD screen, half a meter in front of me. I know that some designers think it’s esthetic, while forgetting function. Even SW developers go larger with their fons – compare Apple Logic Pro 7, 8 with X. Can I set all of those fonts to be a certain minimum size, without going through every section manually? 2. The images appear to jitter when zoom-in overlay effect is being used for the gallery. Could you make it smooth? 3. Somehow I’ve seen two different image/gallery lightbox desingns in the demos.. Are there several? Is the design of the lightbox freely customizable? 4. Is there a direct live preview of fonts while going through font lists? Or do you have to go to some third party page to preview each font individually? 5. Do all the color pickers offer alpha channel in GUI instead of rgba CSS entry? 6. Is it possible to apply dropbars not to buttons, but to text parts, like the definitions or article prevews in Wikipedia? 7. Are overlapping elements, e.g. text over images and vice versa, via GUI possible (without CSS)? 8. Is a GDPR module included? 9. Is the theme code clean and well-commented? Is the CSS naming well-assigned and comprehensible? 10. Using your demo sites, would it be possible to create light/dark versions of my website for the users to toggle? 11. Wass Arteon theme cross-checked with the All In One WP Security, RSFirewall, Akeeba Backup plugins? 12. Which country is neuronthemes located in? 13. What are support working hours? Thanks! Andreas

The theme became instable, Neuronthemes immediatly looked into this and all was working fine again, even after support had ended.Awesome theme & team!

Can we move the menu to be higher up on the page? 3. Can the hero video be an image instead? (and it doesn’t look like the video loads on mobile?

Hi, That’s the hero of the page, please go to the page settings and set that to hide. The same options are located in Appearance > Customize > Utility > Hero. Kind Regards

Although the design is beautiful, it's the customer service that really earns Neuron Themes the five stars. I've been able to open one ticket and continue posting concerns (in the same ticket) as I go, and they respond to my questions with screenshots and clear answers. Responses take about a day, but they've been able to address every single issue I've had. I'm really happy with how my new website looks!

I chose superior design quality as the reason for my 5 star review, but really there are many reasons to love this theme, great customer service being one. If you prefer Elementor as your page builder (and if you haven't tried it or are unfamiliar with page builders, trust me, it's the best), this is definitely the right theme for you!
