FAULTY PRODUCT install was done on a fresh M2.3.0 and theme is fresh install no custom extensions at all. after following developer instructions as follows: Commands :- 1) php bin/magento cache:flush 2) php bin/magento index:reindex 3) php bin/magento setup:upgrade 4) php bin/magento setup:di:compile 5) php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy -f 6) chmod -R 777 var pub The store broke. No front end but only admin log in possible. I found the issues is MAGNOR ADVANCEDMENU if enabled breaks the store, if disabled store looks bad in addition after adding item to cart and trying to view the “checkout” is hidden behind page – this is not a M2.3.0 issue but a theme issue. After numerous requests developer is refusing to fix saying this “First you can install fresh magento on your server then we are install our theme in your store..”

Bad support!! the website module bugs again and again. it cost much our time and money. it takes almost a month to solve the problems. but now the problems again and again. we can not upload the advertisement abnormally. obviously that the module has problems and bugs originally!! make us mad and tired on it !!!
