Hi,
The website was working 100% and now all of a sudden when theme support plugin is activated it doesn’t save pages or update theme settings. It just reloads the page with the same stuff? I shouldn’t have to renew my support if your theme settings isnt working?

There are so so so many problems with this Theme, the customer is slow and short at most. Hard to get anyone to help. I have been working on just removing the theme header from my website for over a week now and can't seem to get it to work. DONT BUY THIS THEME!

Hello, I am struggling to activate the Theme Support as it shows me this error:

I’ve reached out to you several times previously to report critical issues with your theme, but only get placating responses in return.
I was informed earlier this week that the King Composer plugin (the visual composer for your theme pages) has been REMOVED from Wordpress repository. I reported issues with King Composer to you more than a year ago, and alerted you to the fact that it is no longer being supported, and is riddled with security holes.
How do you plan to address the issue?

I noticed that the latest update to this theme does not fix any of the bugs I reported more than a year ago.
Also, promised features like an option to select primary and accent colors are yet to materialize. This is not what I expect from an “Elite Author”. Please do better to serve your customers.

Hello. King Composer, the page builder you include with this theme has been abandoned and is the source for significant bugs/issues with many site owners.
For example, I am no longer able to edit any button and text page elements. Do you provide a fix for this?
Take a look at King Composer’s WP forum and you’ll see they’ve been non-responsive for more than a year. They are also non-responsive to buyers of their Pro version (myself included).
