El theme nos da problemas cada dos por tres, no es compatible con actualizaciones de WordPress y WooCommerce.Hemos comprado este theme hace 1 año y ya no lo podemos utilizar no nos funciona en nuestro alojamiento ya que actualizan todo al día.en estos momentos estamos trabajando con WordPress 5.2.1 y woocomerce,y no funciona las actualizaciones parecen pésimas

I believe the design and flexibility in this theme is top-Notch, i am personally pleased with the extent to how well i could go with the design, although like other Wordpress off-the-shelf theme layout you may not get all you want, but then i am pleased with how far i can with the design of my site using this theme, its just spectacular. but would love for a buy now button to be directly under each product in the product listing. so that should be a look into for the theme developer.

Best of the best when it comes to customizing eCommerce website. The freedom of having the option to design any kind of page header is killer for me with this theme. So flexible and easy to use. Fast to load theme. I highly recommend this theme.

I try to understand it but I can't. The big problem is the idea to put auto generate css code in every file and you can't change it. etc it put h1 font-size: 63px; I try to change it from custom css code and after 1 or 2 days it reset and deletes me custom css code.

Everything is great. Design, theme variates, great useful and very fast support...I am not advanced user, and I succeed to make complete new site with Nitro. I am so happy about that...Big reccomendation...

This is the slowest woo-commerce theme ever, too many plugins that involve basic installation affected the performance.

Very buggy theme. Face issue on different sections. Sometime there is issue with the header section, sometime there is compatible issue with other plugins.

I think that I have wasted my money on this one. I really really did not like the functionaltiy compared to Shpkeeper.

Well made premium wordpress theme that is well suited for ecommerce and more. Their customer service and tech support is by far the best I have worked with. Fast, reliable and experts. Highly recommend their products because it comes backed up with great help and service.

I used four fee-based themes, but I believe Nitro themes are best. Other themes to me are hard to use and hard for me to follow from the manual. I strongly recommend to try this theme if you are running a small business mall. This is serious. Also customer support seems to be the best. They have excellent ability to answer promptly and to solve problems. I have extended it by six months.

This theme is great, packed with many useful features and very customizable. Whenever I had any doubts, assistance was always fast and professional, quickly solving my problems with great patience. Excellent support!

Do not buy code is not complete. Also installing leads to mess it's just a cash trap to let you also pay for installing

Their technical support is awesome. I recommend to buy this product if you need to setup your own e-commerce site. For newbie like me, it is better to have great technical support. They are several product for woocommerce but about great support I bet you can find other support like this author.

Normally i dont write reviews, but these guys deserve it. Not only is Nitro a good quality template, stuffed with features for a low price, the technical support is outstanding; i have opened about 5 problem tickets, and every time they respond and help out quickly. They even helped me add new features that i wanted for no extra fees. So therefor, 5 stars. Thank you guys and keep it up!

Clunky theme. The theme templates would require massive re-work n redesign to be useful on real ecommerce sites.

Nothing Special about the theme other than showing off. Plugins are mostly free not much option for the theme use same old option.

I wish I have found this theme before I had purchased another themes.... I´m definitelly going to use this theme for my other projects. So far this theme has about 1500 sales, but it can be easily compare to themes with 50 000 sales and more. Support is quick and very dedicated. Nitro theme has a great potential to grow into very strong community theme. Well done ! Wish you great succes with your work.

Very quick and efficient theme. We've had so many issues with poorly made bloated WP themes just killing site load times. Nitro really follows through on its promise of speed!Great features as well. Being able to do most customizations through the built-in WP customizer is fantastic!

The theme is ok, have good features, but too many bugs, very slow for a ecommerce, and the demos design is from 90's you gonna loose a lot of time to make a website that's looks modern....When a theme is bad taste designed, with bugs and slow; the support should be a good one... instead is worse i saw around here.... he is horrible never understand,take an average 4 days just for he understand (most of my tickets were trivial and simple question none were rocket science...) and more couple days for a solution that's the most is not helpful at all. it could be fixed very easily if he just open the attachments that we send would be able to understand easily and faster... i really think that the support guy win money for numbers of replay, because he makes the simple problems go and back thousand of times without any need, looks a joke...- If the author fix the bugs (it is not too hard, just needs want), - make more modern design (it is not a big job...we are in 2018 not 1995). - and put someone that is more proactive, customer care and smart at the support.This theme could be top 5 at envato...i could still recommending this theme like it is now if the price was half than it is now

Love this theme, really customizable. The header builder is awesome. I think they lack of support. I waited 2 days for a quick question. And when they answered, they told me : it's difficult to explain. I finally managed to do it by myself and it would have been nothing but hard to explain... I just needed to activate some options in a plugin that the demo import doesn't do automatically.If you don't know CSS or if you're new to WordPress, don't count on the support. The documentation should be more documented if they can't provide support better than that.Other than this complain, I loved working with the theme. I think my website is gonna look awesome. :)

very clean and ease of use, i dont have any web building background. but it is easy enough for me to understand, and reading through their documentations will help, the last resort will be to raise ticket. their reply are quite fast in general. and they will be happy to help you with. please go through the entire demo and documentations and make sure you are understand before you purchase.

Site is extremely slow (every page) and not compatible with cache plugins as they breaks the theme, so we are stuck. Support is unwilling or unable to recognize this or really help. Sorry to say I wish we had passed on this one, we now have a nightmare on our hands.

MIND BLOWN. Been putting off buying this theme for a while, but when I did, it just exceeded all expectation. This is the main reason why people choose Woocommerce over something like Shopify and you guys just solidified that point.

The Nitro theme is great! I love the customization and design quality also. Louis is stellar with his support and patience with helping everyone including the newbie.

This theme has a lot of nice features, but I have to knock off a star for the customer support times. Customer support is helpful, but the response times are problematic. If you're in the US, you'll likely wait until the evening to get a response. If support needs more information, you could wind up waiting another full day before your question is properly addressed. It seems like the support is handled by a single person, so I understand it can be difficult, but this is really an issue that needs to be addressed. If it weren't for the service times, this theme would get five stars.

It is not possible! every day there is a problem !!! today I opened the site, updated the theme and I don't see the icons anymore !!! assistance after a day !!! you can't use a side menu !! but do not fear themes if then you can not update them no ???? we work on it!

Great design and very nice theme the only thing i disliked is the support super slow, it can take almost 1 week to get an asnwer on a ticket.

The homepage in combination with the WPBakery Page Builder plugin are occasionaly and randomly displaying errors out of the blue, which I don't know how to repair. When I used to have support I asked the homepage to be repaired and also asked how to correct it myself, because I knew a moment would come when my support is over and errors would pop up out of nothing. I wasn't given an answer at the time. Now I don't know how to correct the errors on the page.

On mobile the items don't get added to the cart, it has lots of bugs. It resizes your images and makes them look blurry. Doesn't work well at all. Clicking an product image opens the image in a browser window...weird. No good!

I have satisfied with the development and customer team. All features work and the site is fast enough. Hope you guys continue developing this one!

The variations of products didn't work. When I asked support about it they said its something to do with your wordpress. We eventually changed the plugin and it worked.Post that, the email pop up of ninja popup didn't work. I wrote back to the support and got an irresponsible answer that we have just used the plugin. If it doesnt work, write to the plugin support on your own. This is ridiculous because when you buy the theme, you expect every bit of it to work correctly else what is the point of spending on a paid theme? Worst customer support I have ever seen for a theme that is listed on themeforest. Unsatisfied. I do not recommend this theme to anyone because of the code quality and mainly due to the support. Support is not even quick apart from being irresponsible.

Cool theme you can do whatever what you want, or ask support they will give you code for your problem . Nice.

I used this theme for a client. My client requested quiet a few changes, majority of which were changeable by the strong backend of the theme. However for more script based changes, Louis responded to all my questions and went beyond my expectations to help me out. 5 Stars for their all round performance.

Wow! I have used many many Wordpress themes and while a lot of them claim to be 'Woocommerce' themes or compatible that seems to mostly be just on a very basic level. Nitro is probably the best Woocommerce theme I have ever come across! Setup was easy, options plenty and performance is great. I hope to see more themes from this author in the future and I hope the support and updates for this theme continue.

Extremely fast! Easy to work with even for beginner like me. I like the fact there is a special design for Digital products. Header builder is awesome. So easy:) and you can use different ones on each page. Support guy is amazing, very helpful and fast reply. I tried Flatsome and Rehub but Nitro is better in my opinion. Its intuitive for beginners. Highly recommend.
