I can’t find any way to attach refund and return exchange policy on the website. this theme is very disfunctional

The demo data doesn’t work, After installing the plugin “sample data installer” and activate it the site shows only weird characters. I opened a ticket 3 days ago and still no response.

This is an amazing Theme and working with the Support team is supper easy. We had a couple of design issues and Josh was able to quickly fix the issues without any hesitation and communicate back efficiently the fixes. really a superb team....thank you

Hello, pre-sale question: I don’t see any changelog and I don’t know if there’s any updates for the theme. Where can I find the changelog before purchasing the theme?

DON'T BUY!!! Theme comes completely blank with NO possible way to achieve the demo. There is no option for different home styles like demo. The mega menu is a plugin that does not come built like theme. I tried for hours and I still can't get to look like demo. The theme documentation link is broken. There is no support information for this on the author's website. There is no way to customize homepage elements-- NO HOMEPAGE ELEMENTS AT ALL! And this theme does not have a live edit feature like most 1-2 year old themes, its only in the admin panel and very sparse.You will regret this purchase. I do.

Will there be an update for this theme in the near future or a migration option to one of your newer themes? Please don’t avoid the question. Just give us an honest answer so we can make a decision on how to move forward.

Product Tags seem to not be displaying when adding/editing products. Quick Edit is also disabled for Products. Does this have anything to do with the WP Bakery security issues?

Do you have any updates planned for the future. You mentioned in a previous thread that you are rebuilding the them from ground up., will there be an option to migrate the old theme install to that new code base?

I put other as there are many factors I set a low rate. Customer support, You´re only allowed one ticket at the time. That means I have to choose what I need help with setting up the site and report bugs. Feature availability - the other themes I´ve been working with has better solutions build into the theme. Bugs-as for now I can think of 2 bugs that I have not reported as I´m only alowed on ticket at the time and it take about a week to get a response. 1 bug is when you use standard WordPress gallery in a post for example. The theme has this nice feature that the caption pops up. Good feature on my PC. but on my mobile it stops me from clicking the image to get a larger view. as the caption covers the whole thumbnail and you can only se one letter of the caption. Another bug is their menu that is also something I would love to use but I can´t as it doesn´t follow WordPress standard. I have subcategories and I only place my post in ONE category never in the top category as Wordpress automatically put everything in lower categories in that. But if a category is empty the theme menu don´t regard it as active even though it is according to Wordpress standard. I know I´ve encountered more problems but I´ve forgot them as again I can´t report them due to the system of only allowing one open ticket. Flexibility - It has features that are set in a certain way. The same features in other themes has options. One example is the sidebar menus where you can set one sidebar for each post you make in my case I would like a sidebar for all my post about food and another for the one about gardening. The answer I got to this was that I had to build a page with Visual composer each time. The reason I buy a theme is to make it easy to update with new posts every day. They want me to sit and build a page in visual composer for each post. When other themes just have the option use this sidebar and you´re done. They will not even consider this suggestion as future upgrade.

Hoping someone in here knows the answer… Black Pop Up Box on Menu Click The homepage loads just fine but when I click on any other tab a black pop up box appears and doesn’t display the correct page. Poorly documented, no support unless you pay, design quality has deteriorated the test of time, the menu has 3 rows instead of one, search bar hides behind the menu, no privacy policy page and linkage.

After I was able to connect with customer support, they were able to help me with all my issues and resolved my problems. Excellent team, world class support and great site design. Thank you

Hello! I’m interested in purchasing the theme, do you still provide updates? I see it hasn’t received an update from 2018.

Had issues with the mobile version of the menu. It's one of the few themes that utilizes a plugin just to make the menu mobile compatible. Most sites aren't using a plugin for this.

This theme is quite beautifully designed! And because of that it gets 4 stars. But there are issues. I had template issues, theme settings not working, Google Fonts (which were part of the theme settings) didn't work and I ended up adding my own manually. The customer support was pretty good but due to the language difference (mine is English and their first language clearly wasn't English) there had to be a lot of back and forth trying to explain what my issues were. In the end not all my issues were resolved, but due to the design quality the website looks spectacular and has been really well received by my client and her customers. One last thing, some custom Visual Composer elements created by the theme authors were not very responsive, and that is also why this theme isn't a 5 star theme. It just means not every element you see in the demo is worth using because it won't scale well for mobile.
