While the demo looks great, this theme is a giant headache coupled with a lack of effective support. Under Envato's Item Support Policy, I am entitled to help with the theme's third party assets (notably image sliders) and technical questions on built-in features, functionality and third-party plugins. My site was having issues that fall under those guarantees. Their team suggested I hire someone to fix their theme's issues. This was in their first reply to me. Then they blamed the issue on how slides were built, while also being unsure on how the issue occurred. (If you don't understand the issue, how could you know the source?) They were also unable to replicate a slider with text using Revolution Slider. In the last correspondence they tried to reframe what the theme actually includes/advertises. Over and over again they avoided actually giving me support. There were also changes made to the homepage that solved absolutely nothing. It's been the worst experience I've had using a Themeforest theme. I've been a member for 9 years.

The “vertical slider home” is giving a very high bounce rate, I think you should add to the “full screen spotlight slider item” the option to put a button.

I have already finished the website but I have noticed that the text on the menu in the mobile version does not change size and stays very big. I have changed it from Galatia Options and it does not change.

I have just updated the theme from 1.2.1 to 1.3 and when the ripple effect is activated in the Portfolio List > Content Layout > Enable Advanced Hover Effect each portfolio image appears twice in 2 sizes on top of each other. Is this a known issue? Do you have a solution for this?

Since the update yesterday all the GALATIA elements don’t work anymore. None of my image galleries work, my menu doesn’t work anymore and so the responsive design. Hello- can you tell me where I can change the font for the text on landing page with interactive links…..I have set the font settings in your theme options to source sans pro font but on intercative links its still displaying the old font. Can you help? thanks!

Hi! After updateting theme to version 1.3.1 and wordpress to 5.5.3 it is not possible to edit pages or posts with WPBakery Page Builder. The buttons are missing now. I installed Enable jQuery Migrate Helper for solving this. Do you fix that in the next update? Cheers, Alex
