I purchased the template interested in one of templates included in the package, not all. but the template I wonted is not included in the download file, why? no clue. sent them an email but they ask me to login into their page and open a ticket. so, don’t expect to get all the templates they promote as part of the purchase, don’t expect to expect to get the images you see in the templates when you purchase them(photos not included), and don’t expect to get rapid, and reliable response. disappointed.

Thank you very much for the theme, after long negotiations I received PSD files. I put 5 stars as the contractor fulfilled the agreed conditions.

After reviewing the comments and deciding not to post right away, I reached out to iqonicdesign requesting the image files just like the previous Patrons did before me. I stated the only reason why I purchased this theme was because the images sold me on it. I’m not sure why my request is being processed any different like the others. But 5 people have posted her requesting the PSDs or the images with editable files, all for iqonic to reply with “sure just email us here”. The last reviewer even stated he finally gave five stars after “it was a long hard negotiation process with iqonic but giving 5 stars because they finally gave me the psd files for the images” Please be aware before you purchase. I have already reached out to support and they closed my ticket.

Hello, Zip archive file do not contain new templates (Version 2.2 – 26 July 2019): NLP concepts, agriculture and health care. Can you add them in zip file?
